We are seeking a highly qualified Daycare Director to help lead our center’s daily operations, ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations, and foster a safe, nurturing, and inspiring learning environment for children. This leadership role requires someone who can balance administrative expertise with a genuine passion for early childhood education.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a safe, engaging, and stimulating environment for children that supports growth, creativity, and exploration.
- Oversee and coordinate curriculum development to ensure alignment with state and federal requirements.
- Ensure facility compliance with all safety, health, and licensing regulations.
- Manage staff recruitment, training, and professional development, fostering a motivated and high-performing team.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching to support staff success.
- Manage the center’s financial operations, including budgets, purchasing, and resource allocation.
- Partner with parents through regular communication and meetings to discuss child progress, address concerns, and build trust.
- Evaluate and purchase age-appropriate materials, equipment, and supplies to enhance learning.
- Stay current on industry standards by completing ongoing professional training and certifications.
- Promote a positive workplace culture rooted in respect, inclusivity, and collaboration.
Qualifications:
- Licensure in Early Childhood Education (required).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in early childhood education, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership or administrative role.
- Strong knowledge of state and federal childcare regulations.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with efficiency and attention to detail.
- Commitment to maintaining a professional appearance, demeanor, and work ethic.

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive children to and from daycare, school, and approved field trips
- Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle safety inspections
- Ensure all children are properly secured and follow all safety protocols
- Keep the vehicle clean and organized at all times
- Communicate clearly with daycare staff about any delays or issues
- Assist children as they enter and exit the vehicle
- Maintain a calm and professional demeanor at all times
Qualifications:
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
